As far back as I can remember, three major factors have motivated me - a drive for success, a passion for spending time with my family and friends and a desire to help others.

To attain success I started out on the generally accepted road to success and happiness and went flying right up the ladder...graduating from Dartmouth College, landing a top job as a Management Consultant with an elite firm in Boston, moving on to a management job with Fidelity Investments.

Sixteen years later, I had what many people dream of: a happy marriage, three wonderful children, a home in a nice neighborhood on a golf course, and an extraordinarily successful and lucrative corporate career as a Vice President with Fidelity.

Not bad, but I knew there had to be a way to stop trading all of my time for money. I longed for more time with my family and friends.

I devoted myself to finding a way to work from home, make my own schedule, and continue earning executive-level pay. I wanted to do it in a business where I could truly help others attain their dreams, too.

Carol began her first home based business back in 1978 so she could generate some extra income and stay home with her four children. Her tiny craft business quickly grew to include 3 stores with wholesale, mail-order, retail, and home party divisions.

In addition to her many home businesses, she also held a management position with a National Publication Company and has been the Master Distributor and on the Presidential Advisory Boards of several Network Marketing Companies.
